  1. Application Letter addressed to Treasurer of the Philippines Sharon P. Almanza, indicating the exact Position and Division/Office you are applying for;
  2. Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CS Form 212 Revised 2017) with Work Experience Sheet;
  3. Performance Evaluation (for government employees including Job Order/Contract of Service personnel);
  4. Diploma and Transcript of Records;
  5. Certificate/s of Trainings/Seminars relevant to the position to be filled (if applicable);
  6. Certificate of Employment with Duties & Responsibilities relevant to the position to be filled;
  7. Certificate of Career Service Eligibility/Board Rating Certificate/ PRC License
ONLY APPLICANTS WITH COMPLETE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
  • The duration of the recruitment process varies depending on the quality and quantity of applications received.
  • Only shortlisted applicants will be contacted, due to the large volume of application for employment we receive.
  • For those who are applying for vacant position/s in the Regional/Provincial Offices, kindly submit your application to their respective Regional Offices.
